william anyebe is a Strategic Development Systems Consultant and Founder and Executive Chairman of Treeshade Associates Ltd. He holds a Master of Public Health with distinction from the University of Leeds and is a recipient of the University's John Griffith Prize, the British Chevening Scholarship Award, and the UK Government Technical Cooperation Training Award. He is a Certified Management Consultant and Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants.

With over three decades of experience strengthening Nigeria's health and nutrition systems, he has led more than 300 consultancy assignments for multilateral and bilateral development partners. He began his trajectory in 1993 as Pioneer State Programme Manager for Primary Health Care Monitoring and Evaluation in the Benue State Ministry of Health, and in 2003 founded Treeshade Associates Ltd.

Between 2008 and 2015, as Technical Adviser to the United Kingdom Government funded Support to the National Malaria Programme and the United States Agency for International Development funded Malaria Action Program for States, he supported the design, field testing, and national rollout of harmonized training and support materials for the National Malaria Elimination Programme. His leadership enabled the development, review, and monitoring of more than one hundred and fifty costed operational plans at national and subnational levels.

From 2023 to 2026 he provided technical backstopping to the Nutrition Department of the Federal Ministry of Health and Social Welfare, coordinating the Multiple Micronutrient Supplementation Landscape Analysis, the National Roadmap for Multiple Micronutrient Supplementation, and Nigeria's first National Knowledge Management and Learning Strategy for Health Sector Nutrition.
